Publications by Dr. Melanie Axford

During her earlier years as an educational psychologist Dr. Melanie Axford provided therapeutic services to children residing at a place of safety. She continued to work at the University of Pretoria as a module coordinator whilst developing training courses for long distance education students. Moreover, she lectured pre-graduate and post-graduate students, not only at the University of Pretoria but also at Varsity College. She continues to provide guidance to post-graduate students during their internship year, completed at various primary and high schools situated in Pretoria. She writes articles for a range of magazines, presents short courses and conducts assessments at Denmar Psychiatric Hospital. See a range of publications below.
